Welcome to our podcast, where we discuss simple yet big things in life.
Episode #1 (Season 1)
Can We Go Back To Kindergarten?
In this episode, we discuss whether we really learned all we needed to know in kindergarten and we’ll use the Credo from Robert Fulgrum’s 1988 best selling book “All I Really Need To Know I Learned in Kindergarten” to launch our discussion. We also get some expert advice from teachers about how to manifest kindergarten lessons into our daily lives.
Be sure to contact us and let us know what you think about going back to kindergarten or how you use kindergarten wisdom in your daily lives.

Episode #2 (Season 1)
A Letter is Better
In this episode we discuss the benefits of letter writing. While many probably first consider the impact on the person receiving the letter, we explore the benefits for those engaged in the act of writing the letter. We share our personal stories about letter writing but also call on Dr. Vince Corbo, Associate Professor of Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University, to gather bigger than you know insights on the topic.
Dr. Corbo received his Ph.D. in Neuroscience from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. His research interests focus on stress among healthy populations as well as individuals with PTSD. He has done postdoctoral work for the Translational Research Center for Traumatic Brain Injury and Stress Disorders (TRACTS) for Veteran Affairs in Boston. Additionally he is a fountain pen fan and collector, and co-hosts a podcast called “A Dark Impression”.
There are many organizations, besides the two listed below, that use letter writing to help various populations (e.g. veterans, children). Let us know if you need helping finding an organization that helps a specific group! They benefit but remember you do as well!
